04 - 1 small red onion, cut into chunks

07 - 0.5 tsp dried oregano
08 - 0.25 tsp garlic powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl and whisk until blended.
02 - Place sausage slices, red bell pepper pieces, and onion chunks in a large bowl. Pour marinade over and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.
03 - Thread sausage, cheese, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto skewers, starting and ending with sausage for stability.
04 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
05 - Cook skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Add cheese cubes halfway through grilling to prevent excessive melting. Grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through.
