# What You'll Need:
→ Turkey Patties
01 - 1½ lbs (680 g) ground turkey (93% lean)
02 - ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
04 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tsp dried oregano
07 - ½ tsp ground cumin
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
→ Tzatziki Sauce
10 - ½ cup Greek yogurt
11 - ¼ cup cucumber, finely grated and drained
12 - 1 tbsp olive oil
13 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
14 - 1 garlic clove, minced
15 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
16 - Salt, to taste
→ Assembly
17 - 4 whole wheat or brioche burger buns, toasted
18 - 1 cup arugula or baby spinach
19 - 1 tomato, sliced
20 - ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
21 - Optional: crumbled feta cheese
# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
04 - Lightly toast buns in a skillet or oven.
05 - Spread tzatziki on both bun halves. Add arugula, turkey patty, tomato, red onion, and feta if using. Close with the top bun and serve.
