# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes (approximately 300 g), red and yellow if available
02 - 1 cup green olives, pitted (approximately 150 g)
03 - 1 cup black olives, pitted (approximately 150 g)
04 - 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini) (approximately 75 g)

→ Fresh Herbs & Greens

05 - 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (approximately 10 g)
06 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley sprigs (approximately 10 g)
07 - 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs (approximately 5 g)

→ Dressing

08 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
09 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

11 - Flaky sea salt, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Rinse and thoroughly dry cherry tomatoes, basil, parsley, and rosemary.
02 - Arrange rosemary and parsley sprigs in a circular wreath shape on a large round serving platter.
03 - Evenly alternate cherry tomatoes, green olives, black olives, and mozzarella balls atop the herb base, forming a full ring.
04 - Disperse fresh basil leaves throughout the wreath to enhance color and fragrance.
05 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the assembled wreath; optionally, add a few lines of balsamic glaze.
06 - Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and flaky sea salt to taste.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour before serving.
