16 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
17 - 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
18 - 1/2 cup whipped cream
19 - 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend the buttermilk, eggs, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined, taking care to avoid overmixing.
04 - Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter to prevent sticking.
05 - Pour 1/3 cup batter for each large pancake (face) and 1 tablespoon batter for each small pancake (ears) onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
06 - Arrange the cooked pancakes on a large serving board placing the large pancake as the face and two small pancakes as ears for each polar bear.
07 - Use Greek yogurt and banana slices to form the snout and inner ears of the polar bear.
08 - Place dark chocolate chips or candy eyes on the pancakes to depict eyes and nose; use mini marshmallows or additional banana slices to create outer ears.
09 - Fill the board decoratively with fresh blueberries, halved strawberries, maple syrup, chocolate hazelnut spread, whipped cream, and toasted coconut flakes as desired.
10 - Serve immediately, encouraging guests to personalize their polar bear pancakes with available accompaniments.
