# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.
02 - Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly onto two slices of bread. Layer each with 2 slices of sharp white cheddar and 1 slice of Havarti or mozzarella. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
03 - Spread the softened butter onto the outside surfaces of each sandwich. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
