01 - 16 large fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 16 seedless red grapes

03 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes (approximately ¾ inch each)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries and grapes.
02 - Slice off the stem end of each strawberry to create a flat base.
03 - Thread one mozzarella cube onto a small skewer or toothpick.
